Angela Lau

Ms. Lau is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Incana Capital Management Inc. She was formerly a Managing Partner and Vice-Chair of Northbridge Capital Management Ltd., a Canadian Private Equity firm, focused in oil & gas and real estate investments.  Previously, for 20 years, she was Chief Operating Officer of a family office where she managed the group’s activities in oil and gas exploration and development, crude oil trading, real estate development projects, hotel and marina business, venture capital investments in public and private companies, and its ownership in a 125-megawatt electrical cogeneration plant
 

Ms. Lau is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) with a specialty in tax, a Certified Public Accountant (US), holds the ICD.D designation. Ms. Lau has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary.
